Help me figure out who's rap video this is.....?

So I saw this video on MTV last week and I just have to know who it is! This is a description of the video.....





His description - he had a real short hair cut. He had on those big gold rimmed sunglasses. He had 4 or 5 HUGE gold chains with big medallions (initials and dollar signs), all in diamonds, around his neck. He had on a HUGE shirt that almost went down to his knees, which didn%26#039;t quite cover the top of his over-sized baggy jeans that had about 6%26quot; of the top of his boxers hanging out. He had big giant gold belt buckle, and his tennis shoes were untied. While he was rapping he was throwing $100 bills around like it was nothing. He was rapping about women, cars and being very rich. Oh and I think he mentioned Compton.
